If you come in with makeup or anything that is on the lashes that doesn’t allow me to perform a clean application will be charged a $15 deep clean fee. Form of Payment is CASH ONLY! You have the least of 24 Hours to book an appointment before your scheduled date IF ANY CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT CHARGED 50% SERVICE FEE. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% FULL SERVICE WITH YOUR CARD ON FILE. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within the 24 Hours till your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations or no call/ no shows will have to pay 100% for their service. Anything before the 24 hours is a free cancellation or reschedule! Plz understand this is my job and I cannot afford last minute cancellations/changes. Thank you.
